The Arctic Climate Change Emerging Leaders Program (ACCEL)

The ACCEL Program is a new initiative
of the Emerging Leaders in Energy and Environmental Policy Network (ELEEP.eu)
that aims to train the next generation
of Arctic Ambassadors and increase
awareness of Arctic issues in the public consciousness. The ACCEL Fellowship
is the program’s flagship project.
